Time to say good-bye…

…at least, to our LLC and this website.

Dick and I have recently decided that our LLC (VRJ Associates) and this website (vrjassociates.us) are unnecessary complications and expenses in our lives.

We’ve already terminated the LLC with the State of California, and we’ll be taking down this website in a few weeks.

However, we’re still working on some new web- and AI-oriented projects, and we plan to continue to share on our personal website additional projects that we think might be interesting or useful to others.

To that end, I just posted a draft of my new family history website, recently converted from a static HTML5 page to a WebHelp Responsive site. It’s based on the data in my Family Tree Maker / Ancestry project, but I’ve tried to make it more lively, interesting, and “universally” accessible both to family members and the general public.

The link to my new family history WebHelp Responsive site, created in DITA/xml by oXygen, is https://www.newsfromnan.com/knowledge-bases/kb7-annas-family-history/

If you’re curious about our future projects, please “check in” on our personal website in a month or so: https://www.newsfromnan.com/ . We expect to have additional “new and improved” family history sites up and running by then.
