About this topic

question from editor to researcher 2025-10-15:
Does the EDH CSD provide TREATED water and the El Dorado Irrigation District provide UNTREATED water?
question from editor to reviewer 2025-10-15:
Should the title be "governing structure" instead of "government structure"? Or something else?
